(Epilogue-Part 1)


Festivity,
joy,
and
thanksgiving,
fill the air,
as our paths converge
once more,
since first grade,
two score and five years before.

It is the centennial
of the founding
of the chapel
at St. Vincent's.

Priests,
and
sisters,
and
lay auxilaries of old,
join with former orphan children
to raise resounding praise
to the Lord.

As the bishop
and
his entourage
process in,
St. Vincent smiles down
from his stone niche.
